Massiel @mzcuisine

Massiel Habchi has a Ph.D. in Energetics and Processes. She is a passionate artist and photographer, transitioned into the world of food photography, food styling, and content creation in 2020. She primarily collaborates with culinary brands and French/International restaurateurs to create exceptional visuals. Massiel's work is renowned for its overflowing creativity and distinctive action-packed photos. She has also mentored numerous food photographers through food photography and styling workshops in France and abroad.

Mélanie @lesrecettesdemelanie

Formerly an industrial engineer, Mélanie Rousselle made a career change to pursue her passion: food photography. As a recipe creator, food stylist, and food photographer, she is also an instructor in foodphotography and videography. To date, she has trained over 200 students. With the increasing popularity of videos on social media, she now also offers recipe videos for brands.

What level do I need to participate?

The summit is aimed at individuals working professionally in photography (photographers, content creators) or those about to start. The event is not intended for beginners in Food photography who wish only to learn how to improve their photos.

What is the price ?

The price is 174€ VAT included.

 

What topics will be covered?

The complete program is available here

Do I need to be specialized in Food photography to participate?

No, all the conferences are relevant to most areas of photography or content creation.

Do I need to be bilingual to attend?​

No, each pre-recorded conference is subtitled either in French or English, depending on the speaker’s language. The live sessions will be recorded and subtitled before being made available as replays. The 18th is dedicated to live sessions in English, while the 19th is for live sessions in French.

How long do the conferences last?

Each masterclass lasts between 30 to 40 minutes and the lives replays 30 minutes.

What if I'm not available on the 18th or 19th of November ?

No worries! By purchasing a ticket for the event, you’ll have access to the presentations and replays of the live sessions until November 18, 2025.

What about the in-person edition ?

At the moment, there is no in-person edition planned.
